I've found a San Diego thrash metal band called "Austrian Death Machine" which names all (or most) of its songs after Arnold quotes, and I found it in a humorous fashion after relaying a series of these quotes to a friend via IM, and doing a youtube search for one of the quotes only to find the song, and subsequently finding that every quote I said had a corresponding song. Such as:

"Who Is Your Daddy, And What Does He Do?," "If It Bleeds, We Can Kill It," "Here Is Subzero, Now Plain Zero," "See You at the Party Richter," and my personal favorites: "Come on, Do it, Do it, Come on, Come on, Kill me, Do It Now" and "Come on Cohaagen, Give Deez People Ehyar."

So awesome.

Didn't know this thread existed, glad I stumbled upon it. English metalcore band Architects released a new song yesterday called 'These Colours Don't Run'. It contains an absolutely fantastic breakdown, and the lyrics are all about how corruption and lies are killing everything etc, although unlike Devil's Island, this song is geared towards America.

Unfortunately my brother and sister listen to Capital FM, and a song came up with the lyrics "|: lets do it tonight // we might not get tomorrow :|" and it struck me yesterday how much of a rip off it is of Save Tonight by Eagle Eye Cherry. I believe it even had the same chord sequence (Am, F, C, G). I don't know the name of the song, I just know I didn't like it.

Thinking about dub step; I have have thoughts.

I don't really like it, and I think the only time I'd listen to it is the really beasty underground stuff, not the tame stuff or LMFAO or whatever. Anyway.

Listened to this and it made me very teary. Couldn't listen past "A Dragon lives forever".

I heard a crappy song called "Chasing The Sun" and it struck me how similar it is to the Skyrim theme.

Also, I think I realised where Gotye get their name from. Game of the year edition?

So I started listening to a few songs by Cold War Kids and I can't help but noticed how awful the music is. And it's frustrating because there's a glimmer of good song there but they purposefully hit out of tune keys and the singing can be just as weird.

Them aside, I'm also listening to Slash's latest album with Myles Kennedy doing all of the vocals this time around. Some of the songs are okay, but some aren't. None of them are on par with Carry Me Back From Cali.
