Who decided to make Jar Jar Stinks anyways. I mean, Lucas brought him back in AOTC just to annoy the crap out of us. I think that's just BS. Who do you you think created the A-hole called Jar Jar Binks?

Well, he didn't really bring him back in AotC, he just showed him on screen so that people wouldn't say where did he go, continuity etc. and then hid him for the rest of the movie because he knew he made a mistake in having him in Ep I.

As for who made him, I'm not to familiar with the behind-the-scenes of Ep I (or any of the others, to be honest) so I'm not gonna guess.

As for Jar Jar, no I don't like him.

George Lucas created Jar Jar.
In the comics Jar Jar's father is named George.

No, I do not like Jar Jar. I wish Sidious would fry him.

A few JJ facts:

Jar Jar has made it into the revised Return of the Jedi. You can here & see him on Naboo shouting "Wesa free!" during the celebration scene.

In the Infinities story Tantive IV, Abso Bar Binks claims to be the son of Jar Jar.
Hopefully, we will not see him or his offspring in any of the novels.

Yup this despicable character was created by King George who insists that if anyone fails to appreciate his creative brilliance, the error is yours not his.

It's never said to be Jar Jar, explicitly, at the end of ROTJ, but merely a random Gungan.

I've actually come to like Jar Jar. He's silly and sometimes obnoxious, but he can be amusing. And since he's canon, I had no choice but to build up my Jar Jar tolerance.

Besides, have you ever tried to talk like Jar Jar? It's surprisingly fun.

I used to think Jar-Jar was slightly annoying but would tolerate him when I watched the movie on the TV, but since I saw TPM in 3D at the theater, I developed a deep hatred for him. Nobody ruins my big-screen Star Wars experience.

I liked Jar Jar when I first saw him, years ago. Then I started to dislike him. Now I'm a bit indifferent to him. I don't like him, as I feel he's nothing more than a two dimensional character, but I don't hate him, either. TCW has gone some way in fleshing out his character, though.

At 9 years old I hated him. Wait, I was 11. Still, he was horrible and obnoxious. I couldn't stand him or half the dialogue when I saw it. At 11. Think on that.
