The Rule of Two has become the Rule of Five. Confused

I think its the Rule of Millions now. Its about how many of them we can stuff in George's pocket while he invents excuses to sell more of the top selling action figures.

I hear ya...

To get back to the Rule of Two Sidious will need to step in. Anyone know who's the voice of Palps/Sidious?

I'd love to see Sidious step in and take care of things by himself, not through Dooku.
But remember the Plagueis novel. The Rule of two was a joke way before Sid took over.

That was one of the many things I disliked about Darth Plagueis and would be more than happy to see it retconned. We can just say that Plagueis (or Sidious, I forget who was narrating at that point) was drunk when he said that.

I really liked this issue. It combines some awesome action and violence with a touch of humor. The artwork is really good too.

I dig the artwork a lot. Went ahead and grabbed it off the shelf and I gotta say it isn't bad. For it being such an awful idea to bring him back at all they're handling it without much embarrassment. I love that the art isn't in the style of the show, that helps. Removes me from my anger with the show a bit. I think this mini series will be interesting and characters raise questions about Maul's survival that I myself have. They are given lip service, but at least it's acknowledged.

I loved the padawan questioning Maul's survival, and the talk of Maul's legs still being alive and walking around.

So, when I opened this issue, it says it is in the third year of the war. I was under the impression that The Wrath of Darth Maul was 15 months after AOTC. I'm confused now.

Eh, remember that continuity and correct timing don't matter, just our dollar. There'll be a correction out as soon as there's an uproar about it, but this'll keep happening as long as stuff like Maul's return keeps happening.

Was the furry alien in this issue a Selonian?

Just for clarification, I mentioned in the review about this taking place at the same time as the Season 4 episodes, that was only a guess based on the dialogue.

I think that the show is entering the third year of the war though. I'm certain Filoni has said something to that effect in interviews recently.

I do believe Season 4 is further along than 15 months.

Tom Taylor answered my question on the furry alien Very Happy

Quote:
This is a secret. I asked for Zika to be a 'weasel-like' human character. Bruno drew him as an actual weasel. #DarthMaul #LoveIt
