You could try: buy a katana, buy a white t-shirt, get fake blood at halloween store, smear blood on said katana and t-shirt, wear shirt and carry katana when greeting prospective boyfriend. (optional: get halloween recording of scream & play recording right before answering the door for good measure). If that doesn't scare him it will tell you a whole lot of other stuff about him so it works either way. _________________

I was thinking it would be wiser get a recording of an animal, because getting a human sound might be slightly dodgy.
