I'm not an expert in this field, of course, but I noticed no canon-changing references.
I quite liked this episode (managed to find a place that shows it online, albeit in two parts). But the main thing I liked perhaps couldn't be said to be about TCW, but rather TPM. One thing I appreciate greatly about TPM is how they started the prequel trilogy with a lot of interesting, well designed, memorable vehicles - as well as interesting enemies. TCW has continued this - I was all set to wax lyrical about the AAT - as well as introduced some of their own, but where they continue in this vein is character models. Not so much in the first seasons, but when the animation has become sharper, more refined, the team's creativity (maybe not the best word for it) has exploded. Better detailed characters, more interesting outfits. I was inordinately pleased with Rex's uniform.
Another detail which I was going to include was the 'acting' was more nuanced. I liked Ahsoka's reaction during the council meeting, when Anakin was detailing an un-Jedi-like plan, was very good, I thought. That subtlety kinda went out the window with the love triangle scenes . _________________ I am a Star Wars fan. That doesn't mean that I hate or love Jar Jar. That doesn't mean I hate or love Lucas, or agree or disagree 100% with him. That doesn't mean I prefer the PT over the OT, or vice versa. That doesn't mean I hate the EU, or even love all of it. These are not prerequisites. Being a man is not a prerequisite. Being a geek is not a prerequisite. The only prerequisite is that I love something about Star Wars. I am a Star Wars fan.
