I actually liked Robin's story in that one to, it was really just the utter idiocy of Ted and Victoria that bugged me.

And you used to like Victoria, didn't you?

Ya...TILL THIS NONSENSE! Her argument is literally the only one that makes no sense. Ted said Klaus could stay for a bit, but when he gets bit through the eyelid by a ferret or he's walking around nude and she defends it she's gotta go. Any woman who did that to me would have merely gotten broken up with. And she's apparently messy now? How did he never find that out before, you would notice that within the 3 months they dated in season 1. Ugh... inconsistency...

I've ping ponged on Victoria. I hated her in her first appearance(no first names, ruins the moment = stupid), liked her when it reappeared early last season, and hated her once again when she ditched Klaus.

Between the Robin thing last year and now this it just seems like they're trying to do a HIMYM greatest hits thing before they wind down and finish, and its unnecessary to me. I can't stand this new Victoria, Klaus, or the speed with which they're forcing Barney's story-line. Some of it all makes sense, but not the way they're doing it.

Arthur's Bane Part Two

Mordred and Morgana's reunion was well handled. Once again Alexander Vlahos turned in a stellar performance.

During the dinner scene I found myself thinking about "The Beginning of the End." In that episode all four of them - Arthur, Merlin, Morgana, and Gwen - were instrumental in saving Mordred's life. Now Morgana wants the other three dead. When she was ranting about Arthur, I could see that Mordred was struggling with his feelings, conflicted between the man who helped him escape Camelot and the woman that he had such a close bond with. His telling Morgana to calm down showed that he was realizing just how much she had changed. I didn't have any idea what he would do after that- but I was definitely not expecting him to stab Morgana. It'll be interesting to see how their relationship plays out during the rest of the season.

Slightly disappointed about Athiusa - under Morgana's control? Sheesh. What about Kilgarrah's words when she was hatched? Do they mean nothing now?

I was also annoyed about the change to Kilgarrah's words about Arthur's death - a Druid instead of Mordred? Come on!

I still enjoy this show very much and will watch it till it ends (and buy the DVDs too), but I think the creators need to get a better handle on continuity and stop tripping over what's already been established in prior seasons.
