I've just received a letter and postcard from the Mediation Grove. It will be on vacation until December 1st, which means we'll have to do without the grove topics until then. I'll post the letter for all of you to see (please read):

Greetings from the beautiful beaches of Hawaii!
I do hope you all are doing well. After over five years of unending service to EUCantina, I decided that I needed a break. Things are getting crazy as the United States elections approach, and my poor little head just couldn't take the noise! Thankfully, the administration sympathized with my struggles and have rewarded me with over a week off! The EUCantina moderators are dealing with busy times themselves, and we agreed that a short break would be good for everyone!
While I'm away, the moderation will be discussing future rules and regulations for me that will allow for a safe and happy environment. I'm the Meditation Grove, not the Argument Grove! And I'm glad that steps are being taken to draw that line in the sand. (Get it? Sand. Because I'm on a beach right now.)
I will be back on November 1st! I look forward to seeing all of your bright and smiling faces then! I hope you enjoy the break too!
