Ethan Hunt disguises himself as the bag guy's (Sean) chief lacky to gain entry to the room where all the bad guys are and where the vials of the virus/antivirus are. He then gets Sean to execute his own lacky by disguising the lacky as Ethan Hunt. While the lacky is executed the real Ethan Hunt in disguise steals the virus and antivirus vials and makes a dramatic escape.

Now my problem: in all the scenes leading up to this it appears that there is only door into the room where the bad guys are. So how is it Ethan Hunt, even in a disguise is able to not only steal the vials but also walk right in front of his nemisis and out the ONLY door out of the room without 1) being noticed by his nemisis and 2) without raising any suspicion by any of the multiple bad guys in the room whatsoever?

Loved it. Wasn't near what it was hyped up to be (Dark Knight of James Bond my @$$) but it was a well executed action film with a fairly good plot and honestly the only complaint I had was that I wanted more Javier Bardem. As a villian he was magnificent and I thought he needed more screen time, making him appear halfway through was definitely a pacing mistake.

The subject of M and her death was pretty heavy, but it was a spoiler I was aware of going in and I think that softened the impact of it for me. Still, the idea that we got a lot of backstory on Bond was helpful and it really solidified this as a reboot rather than going with the codename theory. I had always wanted a bit of story on this subject and I like that this is a whole new universe in the Bond mythos.

This has fully set up that Bond can break with his past and become the embodiment of swagger that he used to be and I'm curious to see that now that Moneypenny and Q have been added to the mix.
