Present times, you wouldn't even know I've been operated on, if there weren't scar tissue. That was the whole point of my original post. We take cures of minor illnesses for granted. I've been invited to a Christmas party where one is somewhat encouraged to bring a guest. I don't have a boyfriend or date of any kind to bring. And I really have no friends, male or female, close enough that I would feel comfortable asking. I assume you're not supposed to bring family.
