- the Human male on the cover is Imperial Knight Yalta Val representing the new Triumvirate government who is in trouble on the outer rim

The fallout from the original Legacy series is still here, and I'm finding Ania immediately more likeable than I found Cade. Her Mon Cal partner is great, and on top of that the fish refugee thing really works for me.

The shake-up with the triumvate is interesting as well, and I'm pleased to see that at the least Empress Fel and Draco are around a bit longer as characters. I could use the break from Deliah, Cade, and Jariah for a little bit. The new idea with the Sith and the Knight is great as well, and I'm thinking that this could work so perfectly.

I'm disappointed in the fact that they are not going for on-going series and instead for yet another set that is a series of mini-series (I re-used words as much as possible there so that sentence is as annoying as this new practice is to me). This should be like the other Legacy comics, just on-going. I'm loving the way its been thus far though, and the art is an improvement in my eyes. I loved the original art but this seems to fit this bleak future so much better.

Full of Sith goodness! My favorite thing about the Sith is the "my apprenticeship is over" moment, and we get a great one! I also liked the Mon Cal refugee feel to future, it just works with setting a bit of gloom.
