I've started using a browser app called Rbutr (http://rbutr.com/), which will alert you when an article you've been reading has been rebutted online. I thought others might be interested.

Like I've said, I've only started using it, so I can't speak to its effectiveness (though I tested it on the Daily Mail and FOX News sites and the app lit up like a Christmas tree Laughing ), and it's been highly recommended, so I thought I'd pass it along.

If you're planing on spending Christmas with more than just your nearest and dearest, there's a line you must always keep in mind:

"No disintegrations!"

Reminds me of my favorite line from the Twelve Pains of Christmas:

"She's a witch, I hate 'er!"

Cool

I just noticed that Dark Horse Editor Randy Stradley gave a shout out to Taral-DLOS on Facebook. It's always cool when the big wigs name drop you Cool

Brain K. Vaughan is my literary man-crush. Almost done re-reading Ex Machina and I just can't fathom how good this is.

OMG! My quote is from the DHC message boards:

"I'm just saying that a good story is more important than the fit. If we have to lose one, I'd rather we lost the timeline fit in favour of good storytelling (e.g. 'My Eisner-award winning comic doesn't fit perfectly with those 1970s newstrip comics.'), and not the other way around (e.g. 'My story references Marvel Star Wars #7, The Constancia Affair, and leaves a breadcrumb that will get picked up in Splinter of the Mind's Eye! Too bad it's terrible!')."

What's better is the comments. There's one dude who TOTALLY disagrees with me.

It's pretty awesome to argue with Sam Witwer on Twitter, especially when the subject is the order to watch the SW movies... Very Happy

Why argue though? He's right. 4-5-1-2-3-6 is the best order.
