When your 4-year-old son asks you why Chewbacca didn't get a medal and your heart just swells with pride.

when you read an article about a petition to the White House to build the Death Star and crack up at the White House's response:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-politics/wp/2013/01/12/white-house-rejects-death-star-petittion/

O I saw that article on the yahoo homepage, and knew it was gonna be a good day.

Also, when your family and friends will no longer play star wars trivial pursuit with you, because they claim everyone against you is STILL unfair!

You read the following post on The Old Republic official forums in a thread discussing potential classes that could be added to the game and are horrified by the poster's ignorance (bold emphasis is mine):

Quote:
a 5th class for both factions need to be a droid!
you could be able to fully custom it (either to become more like the ep1 droids, the rolling ones with shields or even like the 4 lightsaber from ep3 one) < add ac class profficience: lightsaber =D

When you punch the air and shout "I knew it!" when you see that Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back came in seventh on Popular Mechanics's "100 Best sci-fi Movies of all time" list!

http://www.popularmechanics.com/technology/digital/fact-vs-fiction/the-100-best-sci-fi-movies-of-all-time#slide-94

I think A New Hope was 24th... Very Happy

When you start to do the Walmart thing subconsciously without even thinking...

When you watch this Cracked video and think:
"Blasphemy!" Evil or Very Mad

http://www.cracked.com/video_18388_the-terrible-truth-star-wars-fans-cant-admit.html?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=012413

Warning:contains swear words. It is bleeped out but you can still guess what he wanted to say.

You might be a Star Wars fan when...you pay over $50 for a hard to find, out of print Star Wars book. Sad

I'd say that's worth it Wink .

When you see a guy, from the back, wearing a bathrobe and you know instantly that it's the Star Wars Jedi Knight bathrobe, and proceed to talk about it in detail for ... longer than you'd care to admit.
