It's called Lothal.

But if you really think about it, they can't bring back mace due to the fact that you all watched him die in RotS. Come on, people, you're slipping.

We watched him get cut up and electrocuted, then fall out of a building. We never saw the ugly end. That's not much different than Maul, really. He can survive it.

Anakin fell pretty far when he was flying around Coruscant, landing in aircars. Mace could easily have landed on something. But he'd have to come back as a badguy since it's an unwritten rule that only the villains can come back to life.

Could happen. He was a Vaapad practitioner, was willing to execute Palpy and had a BMF written on his lightsaber. Non of this things are very Jedi like. Wink

Personally I'd rather him stay dead. If they want to tell stories about Mace, then do so. There are unlimited possibilities to tell stories with him from before he died, even before the Clone Wars started. Let's see a book where he has just finished his trails and has been sent on his first mission, or how he handles having a padwan for the first time, or ect. No need to bring him, or anyone else back.

I agree, even seeing his training as a padawan. Surely he must have been a difficult apprentice to say the least.

Personally, I see Rebels as a giant hiatus and then rebranding for TCW. When Disney bought Star Wars I'm sure CN lost the rights to air TCW. It's fairly normal for animated series to redesign their style after several seasons to mix it up, or want to do some sort of dynamic shift anyway, but then they tend to lose fans who don't want anything other than more of the same. Rather than go through all of that you just "end" one series and "start" the next. It's so many of the same writers and producers. Especially with Filoni still involved. I'm sure much of the same acting talent will appear.

I'd be lying to myself if I said I wouldn't watch it. SW isn't quite SW for me unless there's Force Users. But I"ll give anything a shot.

CN's contract was up at the end of the season 5 anyway. TCW has been re-airing on Adult Swim since the end of season 5.

Didn't realize it was still airing. I might have to look that up. Don't own the last two seasons yet.

Looks pretty cool to me.

You guys see this?

Ugh. And here I was hoping Rebels would be a bit more sparing about the Jedi action. But looking at this, it has the potential to be every bit as Forceful as TCW was.

^This show seems to have an obsession with wierd looking lightsaber hilts. First "the Inquisitor" is shown with some kind of helicopter lightsaber and now this.

"Not only does my lightsaber have this awesome laser sword feature, but it doubles as a stapler!"

Seriously, that looks like a lightsaber staple gun.

Hey, wait. I just noticed there is a Mandalorian in red armor in that image. That's pretty cool.
