?

I've read The Art of War by Sun Tzu. There was some pretty good stuff in there. It's all about ideas and principles. Reminders of how to play the game.

Oh I am liking it - its just tougher material for me to read. I love the concepts of strategy. My comment was more about how its hard to absorb.

Yeah, its not something you absorb by reading so much as by experience.

Now that I've finished Coruscant Nights II, I'm going back to finish up War of Honor. Almost done, which is no mean feat at 800+ pages.

Wow, I read those Ambrose books: Citizen Soldiers and D-Day. Huge books! But I managed to finish both of them, and they were both really good. WW2 is a big interest of mine.

I'm re-reading the Eragon series, since the new one just came out. However, I've never been a huge fan if these novels, but I would like to know the ending.

Ah I just finished Brisingr! Very good, I thought.

Also, I just read R.A. Salvatore's new book, The Pirate King. Anyone into him?

I've never read anything he's written outside of Star Wars. Is he just average, or really good? I don't have much time to read these days, and I prefer to stick to those that blow me away. Very Happy

He's really good . . . he has a series about a dark elf (Drizzt Do'Urden), and it's HIGHLY addicting once you get hooked.

I shall give it a try some time.
Right now I'm reading Nine Days A Queen. It's about Lady Jane Gray.
