I'd really recommend both playing KotOR to get the Revan story and reading the comics to get your Zayne stuff.

The game is incredible, and the comics are...they kind of feel like what I believe the prequels would have felt like if done right. Arrogant Jedi at the height of their power, living in fear post-Exar Kun, and there are shades of the whole "self-fulfilling prophecy" thing to it. Plus Zayne is a really mediocre Jedi that's just in the wrong situation and that's where the story comes from. He's a fun character and I really love recommending this series to people.

I've recently bought KotOR and have played it a little bit, but I haven't reached anything with Revan yet. I'm also planning on reading the KotOR comics at some point, maybe after I've finished the games.

The KOTOR comics are so good! Fully recommend them.

And I'm not sure if you know the twist of KOTOR, so I'll put it in spoiler tags:

I've played KotOR through multiple times, and enjoyed every minute of it. Well...except maybe playing as a fully committed Dark Side user. That was the hardest play through I've ever done. So difficult to do mean things! Crying or Very sad

I never finished reading the Zayne comics, although I enjoyed what I read. KotOR just holds a special place in my heart that I have to vote for Revan, no question.

This one is difficult for me, but only in the sense that I didn't care for the KotOR era. I think I started the game once, but didn't care for it at the time. I read a few of the comics, but, again, didn't care for them. Ironically, I did really like the Exar Kun/Ulic Qel-Droma and Nomi Sunrider stories.

So, I don't really know for whom to vote. I guess I'm going to go to my standing a "good guys only" and vote for Zayne.

Anakin Solo for me. Probably my favorite EU character, still the death that hit me the hardest.

Anakin. Sadly, I think Anakin's death had more of an impact on the EU than did Chewie's.

I, did, however, love the tie between Wedge and Fel, and then Fel's kid and Jaina.

Anakin is the better character. I liked Soontir better.
