Redesign

Old Master Ben Administrator Joined: 10 Nov 2007 Posts: 2254 Location: Georgia If you could change anything about www.eucantina.net, what would it be? In the future, we look to improve EUC's quality and look as much as possible, but we need to gather all ideas first. What should we improve?

Autobon Master Joined: 17 Apr 2008 Posts: 751 Location: Seattle, Washington If there is going to be a redesign, I am going to say suprise me. I really loved the blue EUC over the summer though. If I ever get some random and great idea though, I will be sure to post it here

We may change colors at some point. And I like the idea of the stars in the background, I'll look into that. The head news slideshow has been changed to be, well, huge. I'd love to hear thoughts on that, as other suggestions keep coming.

I'd love to hear thoughts on that Oh ok, you did that. Lol, I thought It was some glitch. I actually like the bigger look, kind of looks like the HULU layout. However, I wouldnt have a big banner and a big flash article thing at the same time. Looks to big to me so I would slim one of them down. Or somehow combine them? I dont know.

I think it's a great idea, but finding images that fit, getting images to look good, etc. will be hard. I like it, but I don't love it. I'm thinking we'll poll EUC readers next week on that, see what they have to say, then decide to keep it or not. As I mentioned in the last site update post, this week will see some pretty major content updates to EUC. Currently, a 30 minute to a full hour down-time is scheduled for Saturday, December 20 at 6:00 PM EST.
