Space pirates? Capturing Dooku? Seriously? I hope this is some elaborate trap or something because that whole idea is just silly.

I sense, yes I said sense, that these "pirates" aren't truly pirates at all...

Dooku couldn't be captured by space pirates, not even in The Clone Wars. The picture of Dooku suspended similairly to Obi-Wan in AOTC gives me the chills.

I will fall on the ground laughing in choking sobs if Dooku gets captured by space pirates when Obi and Ani are chasing him in space. Oh this will be hilarious! The Silliness of it all! Laughing

Well, I wasn't the biggest fan going into this episode and I wasn't the biggest coming out of it. How Dooku got captured is completely silly and he could have easily taken out those pirates surrounding him even without a lightsaber to start. (Force push here, Force speed there, gather the two lightsabers, unleash the Force).

And this was part one of a story arc, so the preview of the next episode with Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Dooku really bothers me, but I'll still plan to watch it next week, although I probably won't have too much to say about it.

On the plus side, we've discussed wanting to see Anakin and Obi-Wan have more screen time and we did get it, even if Ahsoka had a few appearances. Should see more of these two interacting come next week.

Yeah, I don't see Dooku getting captured like he did as completely believable. Maybe he thought he could play along with these pirates until he spotted an opportune moment to escape. Still, being a Sith Lord, I'd figure he'd just kill them all and take their ship. Jedi take their enemy's weapons all the time. Surely Dooku could have snatched their weapons then hit them with Force Lightning.
