Okay, concerning the infamous scene- and forgive me if this has been covered- when Asajj runs the poor clone through, it seems as if he hangs a moment impaled... by a light saber; should I assume that though fatally wounded he 1. Had the strength to keep standing for a few seconds 2. Ventress was holding him up to make sure she could get off a quick kiss. 3. She um... turned down the intensity of the blade to "sparring" once it penetrated so that his falling weight combined with the inherent slicing qualities of the saber didn't simply cut upward as he slumped dying.

I knew there was something about that scene that bothered me...and that was it! He hung too long on a blade of light! Shouldn't have been possible. Good observation, IronSide. Confused

I figured she was holding him in a Force Grasp and that's why his dead weight didn't split him off the saber.

Was the clone Commander Colt?

That was exactly how I saw it.
