The Republic has bad guys, too... _________________ I am a Star Wars fan. That doesn't mean that I hate or love Jar Jar. That doesn't mean I hate or love Lucas, or agree or disagree 100% with him. That doesn't mean I prefer the PT over the OT, or vice versa. That doesn't mean I hate the EU, or even love all of it. These are not prerequisites. Being a man is not a prerequisite. Being a geek is not a prerequisite. The only prerequisite is that I love something about Star Wars. I am a Star Wars fan.

You can join the military even if you've served time - and in the British Army during the Napoleonic War (and right up to WWI, if I remember correctly), they often recruited from jails. I doubt it'd be any different for the Republic. Besides, wasn't that slicer from Karrde's lot a criminal? NR hired him. _________________ I am a Star Wars fan. Also how about all future Sith in SW:Legacy?? were they done by witches.... please. Plus Darth Mauls were applied by machine Savvage is a weak character. Bane wouldn't mind if the price was right and only then, but Palpatine wouldn't allow someone who has held half the Senate hostage to get paid to fight for the Republic. My bet is that it won't happen in TCW. Bane's role seems cast and just doesn't fit with how the Republic is portrait in the series so far. The way I meant it to sound was that there surely would be alot of criminal willing to fight for the Republic whether they get paid or not. _________________
