I'm fairly excited about it going to theaters. I'm sure I'll be there to see it. I didn't hear about the apprentice thing, though. But I haven't really kept up with it all that much. I do like the idea of her dying or something...and right when they may be starting to get close in the Master/Padawan thing, like somebody else said. Would be another helpful reason for his fall.

Is this placed before the other Clone Wars cartoons or is it the entire Clone Wars or before the old cartoons or WHAT?!?!?!?!

It's a continuation of, set primarily before the events of Revenge of the Sith.

But didn't Clone Wars volume two leave off right where episode three picks up?

From what I've heard from other forum members, it is believed the show takes place between episodes 21 and 22 after Anakin's a Jedi Knight but before the events leading to Episode III. That's the only time frame that makes sense to me, anyway.

Yep; that's what OMB and I concluded on EUCast, and it is what makes sense. If you remember, there is quite a bit of time between the Outer-Rim Sieges and where Anakin is knighted; I'd say about a year, roughly.

So Anakin hasn't even been knighted yet? Or does the series kick off after that event? Because it would be rather strange for a Padawan to get an apprentice. Surely he's a knight already.

It should kick off right after he's knighted, which was in episode 21 of the previous series..

I'm still finding the whole apprentice thing strange. Although I suppose Obi-Wan got one that early. Hmm...

I think it is. If the stories are as good as the original Clone Was cartoon, then there should be no problem. If the writing sucks, then there will be a problem.

I'm just psyched, and want to see more large scale battles of clones vs droids. I also want to see more Grievious, that metallic chuckle and those reptilian eyes are so darn dastardly!

Well- a second trailer has been released and can be seen on EUC right now! What do you guys think about it!?

I, personally, loved it. I think Ewan is voicing Obi-Wan; that, or someone very close.

The new trailer is super sweet!! What was that glimpse of the alien dude with the Vader-like mask? Who is that?!? I love the new, darker mood this trailer sets. Ali in all, I'm pretty jazzed about it.

It probably is a Bounty Hunter; I noticed that he/she looked a lot like this, the mask of Azlym Rae, Legacy Era bounty hunter.
