I would be interested in writing Star Wars in the context of exploring the idea that, as is implied in Attack of the Clones, the Jedi should have some sort of prescience that hasn't been demonstrated thus far in stories to the extent that I think is implied. "Blind are we, if creation of this clone army we could not see," implies to me a degree of omniscience and prescience in the Force. Yoda tells Ahsoka that her premonitions are her "begin[ing] to see the true power of the Force."
The combination of prescience and free will is an interesting thing to ponder. Also, is the Force showing the person in question these visions, as though the Force is a conscious entity? Consider this in the context of a self-fulfilling prophecy, like Anakin's vision in Revenge of the Sith. Why would the Force show Anakin his wife dying if to do so would be to cause that through Anakin becoming Vader, unless the Force wanted him to become Vader? Or is it completely random and the Force isn't a conscious entity? If so, then how do these visions come about? Does the oracle, for lack of a better term, inadvertently cause them? In the films, we've only seen a vision held by Anakin, and in the TV show, Ahsoka. In the novels, offhand I can think of Luke and Jacen receiving visions, and in those cases they seemed to believe the Force was actively speaking to them.
Altogether this seems like it would be an interesting facet of Star Wars to explore that to my knowledge really hasn't been explored to this point.
