I agree with all you say, Darth Judicar, Most of those who fall the farthest do it by trying to destroy the dark side from within or being too selfish.

Why thank you, Aush. Very Happy

I'm with you. I probably wouldn't turn to the Dark Side but I have doubts that I would be able to follow the Jedi Council's rules to the letter. Kinda cool idea to be a member of the Grey Jedi ranks that contain notable Jedi such as Qui-Gon Jinn though

When choosing between the light side and the dark side of the Force there are two factors I take into consideration. 1.) My personal choice, ie. if this were reality and I had to choose. 2.) In a fictional arena my choice between light and dark.

In reality I would be a Jedi. But...in the fictional spectrum I would chose the dark side because it's so much more fun! There is more complexity and drama with the dark side. And ultimately more freedom. Dark siders can pretty much do whatever they want for as long as they can get away with it. And there is always some interesting story to be told with how and why they ended up along that path. And there is also something to be discovered in their motivations as well.

I still feel for even fictional characters so I'm still pained when I see many get hurt from the Sith and it "angers" me. Of course, I don't get as "angry" if I don't know the characters or even if there were any; and this isn't limited to just Star Wars. I'm mainly light no matter where I look

You know, I say I would be a light-sider, but I would be using the Force for things like -- when I'm lazy I would float over the remote instead of actually getting up and finding it and silly little things like that, which would probably build and build and just lead me to the Dark Side. Whoops. D:

Just join me and MezzeeOH as Grey Jedi, still light sided but not nearly as restricted and narrow minded as the Jedi Council.Very Happy

Very tempting, the dark side is. Give in to your inner feelings, Jedipoodoo. I can feel the dark side is strong in you...you know it to be true

Laughing Sith rule! (from time to time)

I used to think that I'd like using the Dark Side (of course, if it actually was reality. I'm not part of the Jedi Church or anything). But now, after seeing how it corrupted Jacen and all in LOTF, I think I'd stick to the light.

I always thought it would be fun to be Dark Side, as well. But when I try to play KOTOR as a Sith...it's so difficult! I think I would fail as a Sith apprentice. But...a Grey Jedi...I don't think that would be all that hard. Because, of course, I do have my days when destruction and cruelty seem like the way to go!
