Though the EUCantina.net Community Forums are usually a place of peaceful and civil discussion, there can always arise a situation or person that defies this.
If you see a thread in a wrong forum, something that has already been posted, a troll, or a flamer, you can feel free to redirect the member and thread to the correct one responsibly. You can then PM the forum's moderators and they will lock and, eventually, delete said thread.
However, if you see a case of flaming, trolling, socking or something that a moderator must speak to a member personally via PM about, let one of the administrators know and they will handle it. To report any other problems, please feel free to make use of our Personal Messaging System by contacting an admin or moderator.
Currently, only administrators can lock and ban members. If it gets that bad, we will follow banning protocol.
You're probably wondering what banning protocol is, right? Well, I have you covered. If you break a rule, depending on what rule, how serious, and how many times, you will receive a warning. After three warnings you will be banned and placed in the "Banned" group. The only forum you can view and post in will be Feedback & Suggestions, where you must go to ask about your banning.
The moderator or administrator who requested your banning will discuss it and decide on an appropriate punishment. Be mindful, however, as there are infractions that result in immediate permanent banning from the site. They include, but are not limited to,
*Multiple accounts and impersonating someone else
*Posting pornography
*Posting commercial advertisements for products or services you are trying to sell
