I hope in the upcoming Kemp duology that we can know more about the relationship between Zeerid and Jaden Korr. I could see the parallels between Zeerid, Jaden, and Solider. All throughout Deceived, Zeerid was willing to do anything for his daughter, and in Riptide, Solider was extremely devoted to the clones' children. Solider and Jaden shared a sense of doubt and purposelessness. Solider struggled with Seer's blind faith and doubted he had a purpose, but was hyper focused on keeping the clones and children alive throughout the journey. Yet he didn't see that as a purpose, just a job. I suppose it's a matter of perspective.
I also want to know more about Lassin. Jaden brought him up in the last two books yet we know virtually nothing about him other than he died in the Disciples of Ragnos crisis. Unless Kemp violates Chekhov's gun writing law, we'll probably hear more about him (and ties to Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy) in upcoming books.
Just for fun: I hope the original Jaden isn't Jaden, but rather a clone of someone else. Or another twist in his identity.
What do you guys think?
