It never bothered me personally either. It's just not something I would show to a five year old kid.

I'd redo the Clone Wars since:

1) We only saw Geonosis
2) The Title-the Clone Wars sounds like it would cover the whole period not just the beginning.

SidiousThrawn the actual title of the movie is 'Attack of The clones' and it doens't need to be redone. Their should just be a better clone wars series that expands on the movie.

Actually Attack of the Clones is the most embarrassing film overall in terms of acting...its definitely the one I'd redo...

A New Hope should be left as is. Ya, the fight scene wasn't as outstanding, but it was adequate. When viewed in the order they came out it carries weight and shows the sacrifice, the meaning gets through.

I kind of wonder if in 50 years, people will still consider the prequels to be "bad".

I saw the prequels when I was 12, shortly after seeing the OT. I was still on a Star Wars, so I'd gobble up anything Star Wars-related and I loved the prequels. However, except for RotS, they have not aged well. Confused

@Padme: Perhaps, but it may be true Wink

@Reep: Even that one isn't aging well for me. The older it gets the more problems I see with it...

I don't see the prequels holding up for 50 yrs. They haven't really held together for ten. I'm sure someone will remake them.

That could be interesting. Of course continuity would be thrown out the window for good...
