Obi-Wan is definitely one of the best characters in Star Wars. He is the paragon of Jedi Knighthood.

I agree. I've heard some call him boring and yet I find him to be something of a comfort knowing he will always do the right thing.

Mark Hamill is 63 years old and filming Star Wars Episode VII.

Alec Guinness was around 62 years old when he filmed Star Wars Episode IV.

I think it's very interesting that Mark Hamill is now as old as Alec Guinness was when he portrayed Obi-Wan.
