Can we remove the censorship for d-i-c-k? That way we can call say Moby D-i-c-k without it being censored?

I think the majority of us are smart, sensible and responsible enough not to use it in an insulting context.

I'm also for removing it from censorship.

As much as this word can be abused, it's equally insulting that any Richard that uses his short version of the name, real or fictional (Cheney, Tracy, ect...) can't write his own name and we can't write his.

This being a SW forum, most of us are sci-fi fans and as such I think its strange that we can't write the name Philip K. Dick.

Exactly.

Come on, inanimate, non-sentient web board, stop being a dick about it!

I think that tom, Dick and Harry would agree.

If y'all were hoping to prove yourselves mature enough to get the censorship removed....well....it's not going well. Laughing

Yeah, it's pretty sad that we can't say Moby Dick when we're talking about books.

How are we tricking the censors? I feel left out of this great secret. Sad

Like this: Dick. Wink

It also looks liked they got rid of the censorship as well: Dick. Yep, no need to bypass censors anymore.
