And personally, I could go either way, but if he dies, he needs to go out in a blaze of glory!!!!

Han and Leia, however, need to go out in a blaze of glory with the Falcon, arms around each other, smart-a** remarks flying, love in the air, and millions saved with the death of 2 people. _________________ Perfection is a lifelong pursuit requiring sacrifice. However I just can't picture Han retiring, and at this point in their relationship I don't want to see Leia without Han. And Lando needs to stay right where he is!!

Why do they always have to go bigger? Bigger isn't always better. All film franchises learn this when they descend into over-stylized nonsense instead of well-plotted story. And while we may not like it, there are many people out there, most likely the majority of people, who do like to see the threats get bigger and bigger. It's one reason why they shouldn't keep using the same characters for so long, after a while the threats people want them to face getting start getting ridiculous.
