Now that Celebration is here and spoilers for The Force Awakens are finally starting to come in, what is your spoiler policy going to be going forward? Are you going to look at every possible detail you can get your hands on? Are you going to look at some stuff and not others? Are you going to look at spoilers up to a certain point and then pull back?

Me? I've chosen to avoid any and all spoilers leading up to the release of The Force Awakens. I got a nice teaser last December and that's all I need. I know my mission is doomed to failure, at least at some level, because spoilers are going to be everywhere, but I think it's worth it to be able to walk into this movie as fresh as possible.

I'll probably be more lenient for future films, but I want this one to be a surprise. I don't think we're going to have this level of uncertainty about a Star Wars film ever again.

I watched the new trailer, and when they put out another trailer I'll watch that too. I won't watch full scenes, nor will I intentionally seek out news.

I'll probably read the prelude comics, but only AFTER I see the movie.

I will watch the trailers, I'll read the comics and books put out to "get you ready" but will not dive into spoilers at all. I want to continue to be wowed about sw for as long as I can!

General overview of the plot and characters, as well as information on the galaxy leading up to and perhaps including film era. So basically what's released by LFL and Disney, save for the novelizations. But specifics beyond that are a no go for me.

Being a man is not a prerequisite. Being a geek is not a prerequisite. The only prerequisite is that I love something about Star Wars. I am a Star Wars fan.
