The book was a good read no question about that. Maul was depicted pretty much exactly the way I see him in my mind. I really liked the idea of a moving/reconfiguring prison. It served a great purpose in how they set up and moved prisoners around, while at the same time giving the set location a life of its own.

Jaba was a cool throw in, not just a name drop but a good use of an established crime lord. Vosa was a good character, for how much interaction she had with Maul at the end I feel as though we should of had a cut scene or two to her throughout the book. Yes Radiqe was a huge let down, the character didn't matter, didn't say anything that mattered, and he went out like a Bi&$! When he would of been long off that station had he been so "important" dakari as zero was an actual surprise but still a mehhhh moment. To many over the top unnecessary moment like Maul killing the Varactyl, or anything having to deal with the worm...... I liked the "we are the souls of many" theme of it, but idk it just didn't fit! It sounds like a lot of complaining but in all I enjoyed the read, loved how "we & together" Plaguis was with Sidious really showed just how hard he wanted to do away with the apprentice must grow up and kill the master way of the dark side.
Mara: "Not many people Dare to hug me"
Lando: "That leaves more of you for me then!"
"Sure I can't move a rock with my mind, but, boy can I make that rock think its been moved."
