Out now for eReaders everywhere is Star Trek: Titan - Absent Enemies by John Jackson Miller.

Quote:
Synopsis: A thrilling e-novella based on Star Trek: The Next Generation, following the dramatic events as chronicled in the New York Times bestselling story arc The Fall!

Newly promoted Admiral William Riker and the crew of the U.S.S. Titan are ordered to race to Garadius IV—a planet Riker knows all too well from an unsuccessful peace mission when he was still first officer of the U.S.S. Enterprise. But this time, he finds a mysterious new situation: one with the potential to imperil the entire Federation. One of the warring parties has simply vanished…

You can find a list of available e-Retailers on Simon & Schuster's official product page. Right now the eNovella is only a $1.99.

I read it last night and really enjoyed it. Lots of fun, humor, action and some science elements. Everything you'd expect from a good Star Trek story. And that's coming from someone who didn't watch Next Generation and has never read a Star Trek novel.

A fetish for ideas that hold as much interest and passion as old religious relics for some. We display them in our homes. They show who we are. They are signals for similar thinking people. A way we connect with each other...and I guess thats why I do toys. That connection." -Ashley Wood
