The trick is that all words will start with the second to last letter of the previous word. So, since my word was Nwilla Thar'lyat, the next word would need to start with 'a'. And also, as you had it, the word would end with 't'. See, the only thing we're changing at this point is the last letter. Every 10 words, we change it. But the first letter will always be the second to last letter from the previous word.
