First, many are speculating that this is the long-awaited "True Sith." I have no idea how it would work, but hey, go ahead and speculate.

I'm thinking this novel will give us a new villain but he/she won't stay around too long. Maybe it's Zekk; maybe it's not.

By the way, I rather fancy the one-character/ship novels; like them much better than series.

I rather enjoyed Outbound Flight, but then I enjoy almost anything by Zahn. Its good stuff. I haven't had a chance to read Death Star yet, but I've heard good things. I think they need to back off on the series thing. They just did two big series and a trilogy. In this amount of reading we've lost two Solo boys and the female Skywalker. We've lost Chewie and many many other beings and I think its time to try something a little different. I'm not opposed to a couple of trilogies or anything, but I think the single book things may work till the Legacy series. I think that the three main characters (Luke, Leia, and Han) need to go soon. Its getting a little unbelievable that they can still do everything they do at their age, and Han is several years older than Luke and Leia. I don't know, but I hope Millenium Falcon is good.

I"m definitely looking forward to MF. Now, this may just be my reading of the advert in Invicible but it also seems like a throwback to the old days. And by that, I mean one to three book series that are fairly light hearted (as opposed to LotF) without any major events happening.

While I am excited for this book, seeing it in December actually kinda worked better for me. Anywho, Luceno needs to be very careful on how he deals with post-LOTF SW.

Especially since people are so worked up about Invincible. But there are so many questions that I couldn't wait for December to learn.

That's the thing: I'm sure you could. In the end, it's just a book and I'm sure what ever they are going to say won't kill you to wait two more months Wink

I don't have any patience. I admit that.

And I also can't wait for this book because hopefully it'll get the anti-Invincible NJOE forumers to calm down some.

I just finished Invincible today. I am so looking forward to Millenium Falcon. I'm kind of rushed, so I'll talk later.

Amen to that, Zinnos. I don't think some fully understand that it's still a story...Invincible only ended the book series, not the stories, plots, or characters presented within it.

Exactly- but don't say that over there. Mizzee and I got shut down for it. Although, I do understand why they are raving...I just don't understand why people have to keep raving.

Because they are fans, and it's what fans do sometimes Very Happy That actually is why I'm excited for MF. I usually don't get excited for books, but Luke Skywalker & Mindor and MF have me excited. Why? Because we're gonna get to see life in each era--who's doing what, why, etc.
