He was; He was part of the team Kyp took, if I recall correctly, to take down Centerpoint. I believe Jacen is a male, human in canon; there are plenty of other female Jedi training with him, and other species, so seeing them as well would be nice.

I don't think it has been confirmed that Jaden Korr is human. (Although I'm pretty sure he will be a human in the coming novel.)

Jaden took down the Cult of Ragnos on Korriban and also saved his friend and also apprentice of Kyle Katarn, Rosh Penin. Rogue, I think I just assumed he was human; the male part was referenced in Fury, I believe; I'll have to check.

Yeah, he was with Valin, Kyle, etc when they went after Jacen in Fury.

Are you sure he was with the strike team. I've read that part over and over (because, so far, it was Seha's greatest moment) and I don't remember Jaden.

I do remember him being in the book, but not where. Wookieepedia says he was with the strike team that went for Centerpoint. Was that the same team that attacked Jacen? Wookiee also makes another good point. If we're going (talking about species) for a male Jaden, then the only choices would be Human, Kel Dor, or Rodian. There was no male Zabrak or Twi'lek choice with the game. Sooo...what could he be, if restricted to those choices? Because he's still currently of unknown species.

Kel Dor would be the fun one, but most likely we'll get stuck with another human. I'm even tired of Rodians at this point. But a Kel Dor would be refreshing. I wouldn't mind getting a glimpse inside their heads, see how they think and how they might differ from humans and other species. Maybe explore their social customs a little.

Sorry the strike team that went after centerpoint - my bad.

No worries, commanderbly.
He should be a human, I think. Mainly because if there was another Kel Dor jedi, he might get mistaken for Plo Koon. Kel Dors can't really have many unique features.

Aw, but that's like saying we should kill off an Anakin because two Anakin storylines would get confusing. Not that I would necessarily like another Kel Dor Jedi (I don't really care), but I wouldn't go so far as to say it could get confusing. Pictures, perhaps, but that would be all.

According to Sue's SW blog, http://blogs.starwars.com/eeusuestornii/11:

Quote:
January 2010 -- Paperback: Untitled by Paul Kemp. This one sort of takes place during the Great Hyperspace War, and then.... well, you'll see.

I remember from the comics Plo Koon was invovled in the Stark Hyperspace war - is the the same? If it was a novel with him I would be very happy! Smile

No, it doesn't look like they are the same. Darn.

From what Sue said and what the author has stated, sounds like this book is going to start out way back in the past during the time of the Sith Empire, then somehow fast forward to the present. Perhaps a real Sith somehow travels through time and encounters Jaden? Either way, I like the idea about getting a glimpse of the Great Hyperspace War, maybe a few paragraphs on old Naga Sadow.
