That reminds of the time I found out one of my archaeology grad student friends had never seen an Indiana Jones movie. Shocked

....when you are listening to Pandora and hear the opening bars to "American Pie" but you mistake it for "The Saga Begins," as a result you are ready to sing along to "The Saga Begins" and are momentarily confused when the opening lyrics are not "A long long time ago.."

On casual Friday, you wear your Star Wars t-shirt to work.

I have a really cool boss. She's ok with Star Wars shirts being worn but, only on casual Fridays. Very Happy

when your friend posts about a hike with ARCs and you think "wait you went hiking with ARC Troopers?" You then realize that the ARCs refers to the RAs that my friend hangs out with.

...when you try to type the word "start", and it magically transforms into "Star Wars" before your very eyes. It happened so fast I had to blink at it before I realized what I'd typed, ha. Smile

When you see this:

and think its about Star Wars.

When you're watching a TV show and see an advert for Ancient Aliens, and see that the supposedly alien subtitles are in Aurebesh! That's not the geek bit. The geek bit is where you tape the show and go back to that advert, rewind and pause over and over again so that you can read what's being said. Sadly it was only gibberish - I suppose to convey that that's how the aliens spell things - but it was cool all the same.

Since I have all 9 FotJ hardcover books I've cleared the top of my bookshelf and begun crafting bookends for them out of wood and metal weights. The bookends will be made of the white bottom/border of the covers and the image of Luke from Apocalypse as well as one of the decent images of Abeloth I've found and I'm having a friend photoshop it into a similarly styled image. That way I have the hero and the villain of this series. Eventually I'll be making bookends for LotF (which I'm only a couple hardcovers short of having them all) and my NJO series (again, not far from having them all in hardcover). I'll post pictures when they're done

When:
1. Your parents start limitting the time that you can spend on anything star wars.
2. When you watch 2 season of TCW in one day.
3. When you think 'har chaak' every time you mess something up.
4. When you secretly learn two SW languages.
5. When you can read Aurebesh so fluently that you read it on signs during a speeder bike race when you are racing.
6. When you secretly read SW books that your parents won't let you read cause they are 'too old for you' aka in the adult section of the library.

There is some more stuff but some I'd rather not say Embarassed

when you are watching the Ohio State vs. Kansas college basketball game and the camera focuses in on several fans that have painted their entire faces red (possibly bodies, but all non-red skin is covered up) and your first thought is "cool Sith Purebloods!" then you realize they painted themselves in Ohio State colors.

Your wallpaper on your phone is Thrawn and the ring tone is the Imperial March.
