DiD anyone play Soul Calibur4--(Yoda and Starkiller are.....

The real reason I was sooo excited to buy SC4 was becuz of Yoda and StarKiller---though The thing i didnt like was that Darth Vader was Ps3 exclusive and Yoda was x360 exclusive......

Eventhough playing with the Vader wudve been cool...one has to admit that games usually dont add any moves by themselves---so Vader was only seen in action in the 1980s...and hes nt exactly spetacular
Yoda on the otherhand has got sooo many moves....but I wanted to ask if anyone has played SC4 on Ps3-how is Darth Vader??

I did rent the game for about a week to play (360 version) and I thought the game overall was okay.

Playing the CPU controlled Starkiller in the Arcade mode was absolutely brutal. I'd swear I could only beat him 1/10 times. He just stringed moves together that made it impossibly difficult.

And Yoda was too small...half of my attacks always seemed to miss him. Sad

But the game overall wasn't bad.

I don't like crossovers like this. I probley won't play the game, especially if the story is anything like that webcomic on Starwars.com. Awful!

I guess it was pure advertisment fr TFU...StarKillers like easily the strongest player if u get a hang of him....force lightning!!!....u cant compete with that=D Cool

I rented it just so I could play as Yoda and Starkiller. Razz

The actual game is okay, but personally, I think TFU is way better.

Yeah definitely...TFU is waaay better...but their different games---a person who likes arcade fighting games migh nt agree with us.....

I am more into RPG's like KOTOR for example, so i havent played it.

I don't like fighting games, per se (though the SNES Mortal Kombat can get quite addictive Very Happy

), but FPS's are my big thing. Much as I loved KOTOR, I generally love things such as Medal of Honor, Halo, Call of Duty, etc. Even Doom is very, very addictive. Despite the older style/look of it, I could play it as often as I play anything else. And besides...I'm sentimentally attached. It's the first computer game I remember playing when I was little. Of all things for my parents to let me play at age 7... Smile
