Lost Tribe of the Sith: Skyborn

Well, I thought Skyborn was pretty good. Nowhere near as good as the first, though. Too choppy and confusing. The excerpt on Abyss, however, is another story. It was really good! I am now very hopeful about the third book. This line:

“How am I supposed to navigate?” Ben complained. "I can’t see anything.”

Ha, loved that line! Reminds me, of course, of:

"But with the blast shield down, I can't even see. How am I supposed to fight?"

Now for Sith discussion Very Happy

I liked this one. I'll agree the first one was better, but that's probably because it was just a more interesting story, and Korsin seems like a cool character. But this story did have a purpose, and it gives us more of a look at the Kesh and how they link up with the Sith.

Now here's something interesting to point out. Not too long ago I saw the Shawshank Redemption for the first time and the main character was into rocks. He liked collecting them. Now we have this prominent female Kesh (I should really look up her name but I'm feeling lazy) who also likes rocks. Coincidence? Or did Miller happen to watch Shawshank as he was writing this e-book? Very Happy
