It has occurred to me that the current order of my playlist tells a progressively sad story:

White Wedding - Billy Idol
Stardust - Gemini
Walk Away - Five Finger Death Punch
What I've Done - Linkin Park

Neutral

I've been on a funky kick recently. Broken Bells, Gnarls Barkley, Gorillaz, The Heavy, that kind of thing. Been digging it.

"View From Heaven (Acoustic)" - Yellowcard.

I have so much love for Ocean Avenue and its acoustic counterpart. Perfect summer/nostalgia album. Cool

Great song about friendship. Smile

Rock Out Loud's cover songs episode. I never realized Quiet Riot's "Feel the Noise" is a cover song.

"When I Go Down" by Relient K... after listening to the rest of the songs on MMHMM. I can't believe this album is ten years old. Still my favourite, I think. Smile

Bought a new copy of AC/DC's Back in Black album, a remastered edition. Plugged it in and it sounded epically awesome. However, I tried to play the old cd I had, and now I can't tell if I can hear a difference. It's hard to compare two cd's.

I (usually) only listen to radio when I'm driving, and have recenltly discovered a local radio station that plays only rock musik (in its broadest sense). Heh, this morning I was litening to Master of puppets, Here I go again and Bohemian rhapsody on my way to work at 7 AM. Guess I don't need my morning coffie any more. Smile

I've been on a Foreigner binge lately. I bought their first five albums. Time to crank up some "Jukebox Hero".
