It's apparently award-winning. She recently upgraded to an SLR Canon Rebel XS. Mara Jade Skywalker Master Joined: 15 Feb 2008 Posts: 5359 Location: Beyond Shadows Since this has been brought up in the chat, here are the different horses we used to own: Coco: Ty: Kiah: Angel: Apache: Chip: Coco was our baby, and Ty and Kiah were the two foals she had while we had her. Ty was spoiled rotten and knew it, and Kiah was pretty sweet overall. Angel, Apache and Chip were my uncle's horses that he gave to us, along with Cookie, whom I do not have a picture of. Those were the four I could never really get attached to, and didn't enjoy having very much. But Coco, Ty and Kiah were pretty great. Mara Jade Skywalker Master Joined: 15 Feb 2008 Posts: 5359 Location: Beyond Shadows Used to. Had 22 acres, with chickens, cows, horses, turkeys, ducks, etc. I'm not a fan of the cows, whatsoever. I recommend never owning a cow. But otherwise, it was great! We moved a couple years ago, though. Now living on 3.5 acres. Betsy is a high energy dog so if she's not given the appropriate outlet she'll get into trouble. When snow isn't on the ground, she takes agility classes. She has the fearlessness of the Chihuahua and smarts of the Poodle. Maggie was raised by my parents while I was in college so I don't know much training/socialization she received, but she does have trouble "speaking dog" and initiating play with Betsy and doesn't know a lot of cues until I taught her so we're working on it. I've noticed when Betsy and I visit her friends at the agility trials (she's not competition ready yet) that she prefers the bigger dogs (Border Collies, Keeshonds, etc) because they are more aloof IMO. I think it's about how you raise the dog. That said, I've seen some "ankle biters." Betsy running the dog walk:

Our last Dog Bubba was a Keeshond Elk-hound German Shepard mix and he would be so tolerant of our Min Pin Terrier and my Chihuahua-Pekingese-Terrier. Those dogs loved each other. But then our new set up- the big dogs a pup from a mother that was pure Malamute and a father half Australian Shepard and half American-Rottweiler (the small-breed) He looks a lot like out Keeshond mix. And our Terrier is a Jack Russel who can get a little crazy if not ran down his exuberant amounts of energy. And the little one is a Half and half- Mom was pure bread Jack Russel and Dad was Pure bred Pomeranian. The Jack is the loner of the new group but that's because he's the spoiled favorite of Grandma's The other two seem to enjoy their "old Dogs Club" out back, they all get a long but it's funny how the Jack's more a "person" in his actions- like he looks down on the other two for being dogs. I was hoping if you could help me out, though. I know nothing about its breed, or even what its breed is. We've a wee one under our roof, so I'm a little worried as to whether it's a family friendly dog. Or if it's particularly unruly. It seems to be well behaved, although we've had him for barely an hour, so I can't really be sure. While I don't know the previous owner, I' hazard a guess that she'd looked after him well.
