Bummer, but at least you got it uploaded. I hope you were just uploading a "for fun" video not a "must upload to submit assignment."

I'm sorry to hear that, Caedus.

In the admittedly small amount of time I've known you, I've never received the impression that you're stupid, and I don't think you're worthless Smile .

Thank you, I was in a bad place when I wrote that. Just built up.

Actually, it was for a speech assignment. But thankfully I was uploading ahead of time (which is rare for me, ha), so I had plenty of time to upload again. The missing video still hasn't showed up, though, I so I suppose it truly lost itself in cyberspace. Confused

My brother won't let me set the Jabba's Palace/Starkiller overlooking Mos Eisley/Deak and Vader concept art as our background. Sad

^ Are you running Windows?

If so, can't you just have a separate account on the computer?

No, Mac, and it's the family computer. Trouble is, I don't have my own, but I dan't really want one.

My "Gripes" and my "Good Things" of the Day will both revolve around tests/quizzes.

The Statistics test I thought I was ready for threw me a for a loop. There were less questions based on the homework (the bulk of what I studied), and more based on the couple of vague references made to examples in class. Should I have studied the examples from class more? Yes. Should there have been a heavier focus on the actual homework we did? Also yes. So I feel a little cheated with quite a few of the questions, but hopefully it'll work out. Neutral

What is this country coming to?!!

Near the end of Jan. a 4 year old girl in Hoke County, NC was told to get a cafeteria lunch because a govt. inspector or a teacher(seems to be some confusion as to who told her) said that her turkey & cheese sandwich, banana, potato chips, & fruit juice didn't meet guidelines:

1 serv. meat
1 serv. grain
1 serv. milk
2 serv. fruit or veggies

A few weeks later, 3 more lunch incidents at the same school. In all 3 cases, the kids had to get a cafeteria lunch.

Utterly stupid for those kids to have to get a cafeteria lunch when their bag lunch was actually healthier!
