Yes, the chatbox time-stamps post whatever timezone the member is in. We could probably change it, but I've personally always liked it.

Cool, just wondering whether there was something wrong with my settings. No worries.

I know this is difficult, but I'm going to say it anyway.

Have you ever considered to add other languages to the web? I mean, there are a lot of people out there who knows almost nothing about the EU because they don't have any news -or material!!-at all about it.

This web could be a reference point for fans all around the world.

I would like to suggest the ability to embed videos in posts. Would be nice to be able to post a youtube video in a post without have to go to youtube to watch it.

Should we maybe have different subsections for Legends and Story Group Canon, since they are separate universes? Having them all in one Expanded Universe category feels a little odd to me.

I don't see why we couldn't. It is, as you observe, somewhat odd (and outdated now). Is there a specific subsection in the Star Wars Galaxy section of the forums you were thinking needs to be broken up? (It sounds like you're probably referring to The Expanded Universe: Literature & Media but I could be wrong).

Yep, that's the one.

Righto then, I'll consult with Mara and Skuls about breaking it up into two forums and figuring out which threads should go where. (Also I'd need to consult Mara as to whether there would be any behind the scenes computer stuff to keep the site stable; last thing I'd want to do is break it!)

^^In theory, could you rename the Clone Wars TV series forum into a more comprehensive Canon EU forum? And then rename the Literature and Media one into "Legends EU" or something like that (names TBD)?

It is odd, after all, that we have a whole section devoted to TCW, but no equivalent for Rebels. I don't think we need to have one whole forum for Rebels, but maybe we could make better use of existing areas (movies, non-movie canon EU, Legends).

I like Taral's suggestion. The Clone Wars no longer needs its own forum. We can collapse it into the current, canon EU. The existing Literature and Media will be "archived" into a Legends forum, migrating any of the newer threads as necessary.

@Salaris: There shouldn't be any concerns with the site backend. I think it should be a pretty straightforward change. Will address it in more detail over in the Staff forum.

I like Taral's suggestion, too. I was just thinking about where to put Rebels, and it would be a bit ridiculous to have a whole forum for it. Plus, I imagine it would be easier to just rename two forums than to create new ones.
