So what did you all think of this? Personally I don't have a huge problem with it but I wish it would be Siri instead of "The Queen".

Ok, I knew about Siri but who is 'the queen'?

Don't know. She's been mentioned for Clone Wars Season 2. Not sure that she's been identified, though. Personally, I don't like the idea. Confused

Siri. Yet another reminder that I need to read those young reader books. I'm missing out on too much. Crying or Very sad

Siri was a good idea because it showed yet another contrast between Obi-Wan & Anakin: Obi-Wan could do attachments correctly. It's not attachment that's a danger to a Jedi, it's obsession; Obi-Wan always has known the line. They probably will use this Queen character to show that once again, but I don't think ANOTHER had to be introduced; Siri would have been cool to see.

Yeah, I agree. I wouldn't worry too much at this point, because it could turn out to be nothing.

No. Sorry, but no.

The Clone Wars Series is already messed up as it is, I would really hate if they put this "love interest" crap in it... Rolling Eyes Mad

It kinda condtradicts a lotta already established canon. I wasn't overly fond of it at first either, but I've grown to like it.

I've learned to not worry or care about when the established canon/continuity is messed with. It can get annoying sometimes, but in a universe with as many stories and different hands being dipped into it as Star Wars, the canon/continuity will always be getting screwed up and retcons will be all over the place. I just enjoy the stories for what they are, that's all that matters to me at the end of the day.

yeah, that's pretty much my status on all Clone Wars stuff right now. I'm not taking any of it seriously and I'm just enjoying it. The books will always be my canon, but the show is pretty good.

See that's the thing. Whenever I read Clone Wars-era stuff, I never think about the timeline so it's never bothered me.
