There's going to be a Tim Zahn novel coming in 2011. It will take place after Allegiance and will feature Mara, The Hand of Judgement and Thrawn. I was hoping we'd see The Hand (both Wink ) again. I'm so excited.

After reading his Terminator novel, I'm really anxious to see him write another Star Wars book. Glad to see it's all in the works. I mean, what more can you ask for than a little more Thawn

Yeah... that tends to happen. Sad
At least we have tons of other things to look forward to until then. Smile

I'm glad that Zahn is doing another SW novel that is a sequel to Allegiance. But I hope Zahn does a Luke/Mara/Ben Skywalker family adventure hardcover after this. He said so in a recent interview on TF.N and at Celebration III.

That would be neat, but the only problem is Ben would still be estranged from Luke. Sad

Ben can get to know Luke and the Force better in a potential Tim Zahn Luke/Mara/Ben novel since he becomes Jacen's padawan in Betrayal. I see no reason why can't do a Luke/Mara/Ben hardcover novel set before LOTF.

Coming in by just reading the previous post, a Luke/Mara/Ben novel by Zahn would be enjoyable even if it takes place before LotF. My only concern would be characters, because it just be rebellious Ben hearing lessons from his parents but not listening to a word of it. But I guess you could tell a story where the three develop a strong bond and then it's just missing in LotF like a few of the LotF books did anyhow. I'm anxious for more Zahn nevertheless

The title of Zahn's new SW novel is called Choices and is coming out September 2011.
