| I finally watched this episode yesterday (thank goodness for reruns) and it was very different. There was no action whatsoever, as the episode was purely dialog and drama. It was interesting to see the tension they created by simply giving Padme an old boyfriend and seeing how Anakin would react. The tension there worked really well I thought. In fact, I'd have to say this is one of the more mature episodes I've watched. There's no way a little kid could enjoy it, but adults certainly get what's going on and can appreciate it. All in all, I kind of like it just because it was so different and so much of a change up. I wouldn't want to see a whole lot of episodes like that, but a few would add a lot of variety to the series, as well as more depth. |
See I was thinking about the "Old Boyfriend" She got to have boyfriends, while Anakin has been hung up on her since TPM. So again she's got the skills and Anakin's left struggling to keep up. Hahaha _________________
