Queen Padmè Skywalker Master Joined: 17 Jul 2009 Posts: 4941 Location: Sitting in front of a fireplace on Naboo exchanging pathetic dialogue with Anakin Yep, if I had talked back to my elders like that at 11 or 14 or however old she is, it wouldn't have been pretty. But I guess knowing how to use a lightsaber grants her a get-out-of-jail-free pass. _________________ All things die, Anakin Skywalker, even stars burn out. So this is how liberty dies....with thunderous applause. Those without swords can still die upon them The world is a mess and I just need to rule it.

That was another thing- she was back to the backhand style- but it looked like there was NO WAY she'd be able to use the blade effectively to battle the droids bolts. Plus, I am still hoping for Ashoka to mature to the point that she doesn't argue as much as she playfully jokes with him (like Obi-Wan and Anakin in ROTS).

I guess it just annoys me because of the way she does it. Also, I usually sided with Anakin when he was a Padawan. Obi-Wan was such a killjoy. With Ahsoka, I just want her to shut up. She tends to whine. "But, Master!" I find it funny you take aim at her while for me I see it as a character flaw in Anakin, he could at anytime pull rank and bring her inline. Is it bad if I giggled when Ahsoka got knocked out? Over all, a pretty good episode. I'm glad they didn't make Ahsoka look too all powerful at Barriss' expense. I had also fully expected them to take advantage of Barriss' background as a healer to make her lousy in combat. It felt well-rounded (as opposed to Senate Spy or Landing At Point Rain) in terms of emotion and action- neither being over the top. I liked the part where the Tactical Droid got blown up. As has been mentioned before the Battle Droids used to be cold-hearted machines and now they crack bad jokes and scream for help. The Tactical Droid was a breath of fresh air.
